SilverBridge Concierge was established to provide discreet, practical support to private households and estates. It is a deliberately small practice, working with a limited number of clients.
Mike Hatherell founded SilverBridge drawing on more than two decades running his own recruitment business across the UK, USA and Asia, an early career in hospitality, and involvement in a wider family enterprise. That breadth of experience has shaped the judgement, discretion and long-term perspective that working closely with private clients demands.
During this time he has also built a trusted network of contacts and providers, allowing practical matters to be handled efficiently and with discretion.
Why SilverBridge exists.
Private households are often well supported in financial and legal terms. What many lack is an equally trusted and capable point of contact for the practical side of household life: someone who can be relied upon to get things done properly, to ask the right questions of the right people, and to handle whatever arises without the principal having to think too hard about it.
SilverBridge was established to provide exactly that. Not a volume service, not a platform, not a managed marketplace. A personal arrangement with someone who takes ownership of the matter at hand and sees it through.
How we work.
SilverBridge is based in London and Wiltshire, working across the UK and internationally as required. Engagements are shaped entirely around the circumstances of the household — there are no fixed packages, no prescribed service levels, and no pressure to commit to more than is useful.
