With more than two decades running his own recruitment business, an early career in hospitality, and involvement in a wider family enterprise, Mike has developed the judgement, discretion and long-term perspective required when working closely with private clients.

During this time he has also built a trusted network of contacts and providers, allowing practical matters to be handled efficiently and with discretion.
