Practical assistance with home matters

SilverBridge Concierge assists with any aspect of household life where practical input may be helpful.

Support is shaped around circumstance rather than a fixed list of tasks. In some households this involves ongoing involvement. In others, assistance is provided during periods of change or increased complexity.

Our role is not to replace existing staff or professional advisers, but to help ensure matters are aligned, coordinated and handled smoothly.

What This Might Involve

Household support often includes coordination across areas such as:

–   Practical support for busy families and individuals

–   Liaison between the household and trusted providers

–   Coordination across multiple residences

–   Support during relocation or periods of change

–   Oversight of household projects and practical matters

–   Regular check-ins and proactive oversight where helpful

–   Acting as a trusted and discreet local point of contact

Each arrangement is shaped around the circumstances of the household and handled with discretion.

The SilverBridge House Book

Every household is different — shaped by the people who live in it, the routines that matter to them, and the support they rely on. The SilverBridge House Book brings all of that together in one place.

It covers the practical essentials of the property — contacts, suppliers, warranties, and service schedules — but also the less tangible things: the preferences, the routines, the people involved, and the arrangements that keep daily life running smoothly.

The House Book is produced through a conversation with the household and a visit to the property, and kept current as an ongoing part of the SilverBridge relationship. It tends to be most useful not as a reference document, but as a foundation — something that means whoever is helping with the household, at any point, understands what matters and how things work.

The Annual Home Audit

A well-maintained home requires attention across the year — not just when something fails. The Annual Home Audit is a structured programme of four seasonal visits in which we assess the property, identify anything requiring attention, and arrange any necessary works through trusted providers.

Each visit produces a short written summary of findings and a prioritised list of actions. Where works are required, we coordinate them on the client's behalf.

The audit is available as a retained annual arrangement and suits households where consistent, proactive oversight is valued. It also provides a natural opportunity to keep the House Book current.

If you are considering additional support within your household, we would be pleased to discuss your situation in confidence.
